As I use genuine natural beads to make all the crystal jewellery and accessories, they may not be 100% round and may vary slightly in both size and colour. I personally love this as I feel it adds to the natural, handmade style and uniqueness of each individual piece.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, however as all items are handmade to order it may take a little longer and we will contact you if this is the case.
UK Deliveries
£3 delivery on all orders to the UK under £40.
Free delivery on all orders to the UK £40 and over.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.
Outside UK Deliveries
£9 delivery on all international orders.
Orders to be delivered outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked with a delivery aim of 5-7 working days.
Returns

Incorrect Size
Please use the sizing charts to decide on which size to order. In the unlikely event that your jewellery does not fit then please contact us and we will work with you to adjust your jewellery appropriately.
