All About Amethyst

Introduction

Amethyst is an extremely popular purple crystal.  Traditionally it was worn to prevent drunkenness, in fact the name amethyst is derived from the Greek phrase “to be intoxicated”.  It has far more healing properties to offer, read on to discover more.  This is one of the first few crystals we started working with here at Rafaelle, it’s natural beauty is greatly complimented by our simple designs and use of sterling silver.  We hope you enjoy this post as much as we enjoyed creating it.
